What you're paying for: Candidates pay for access to XPROTALENT tools and employer discovery. Employers pay for access to the candidate database. Neither fee is payment for a job.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the XPROTALENT platform, operated at xprotalent.com and its associated APIs and portals. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About XPROTALENT
XPROTALENT is a dual-sided professional career marketplace:

Pay a one-time GHS 30 access fee to unlock a professional profile, resume builder, ATS scanner, and live job listings. Your profile is then visible to searching employers.
๐ข For Hiring Companies (Employers)
Pay a subscription (monthly or multi-year) to search the candidate database by skill, location, qualification, and experience. Download resumes and message candidates through the built-in messaging system.
XPROTALENT is not a recruitment agency. We do not place candidates, negotiate salaries, represent employers, or guarantee hiring outcomes for either party.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information at registration and keep it current.
- You may hold only one account per role (candidate or employer). Duplicate accounts to bypass access restrictions are prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your password confidential.
3. Candidate Terms
3.1 Access Fee
The one-time GHS 30 candidate access fee unlocks your account permanently. There are no recurring candidate charges. This fee is for platform access โ not for applying to jobs, and not paid to any employer.
3.2 Profile and Visibility
- Your profile becomes visible to employer searches after payment. You may hide your profile at any time from your portal settings โ hiding takes effect immediately.
- Employers who view your profile or download your resume are identified to you by company name only. Your email address is never shared with employers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and skill listings. Misrepresenting qualifications or experience may result in account termination.
3.3 Resume Builder and ATS Scanner
- The resume builder and ATS scanner are tools to help you improve your materials. XPROTALENT does not guarantee that using them will result in interviews or job offers.
- Resume text and ATS scan results are stored on our servers and retained while your account is active.
- You own the content of your resume. By saving it to XPROTALENT, you grant us a limited licence to store, display (to employers), and transmit it as part of normal platform operations.
3.4 Job Listings
XPROTALENT aggregates live job listings from multiple third-party sources. We do not control the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of these listings. Always verify a role through the employer's official website or recognised professional channels before sharing personal information.
3.5 Messaging
Candidates may receive messages from employers through the built-in messaging system. You are not obligated to respond. XPROTALENT does not read message content except where required for abuse investigations.
4. Employer Terms
4.1 Subscription Access
An active subscription is required to access candidate profiles, search the database, download resumes, and send messages. Subscription plans are:
- Monthly: GHS 150/month
- Yearly: GHS 900/year (50% saving vs. monthly)
- 2-Year: GHS 1,440 (60% saving)
- 3-Year: GHS 1,890 (65% saving)
Subscriptions expire at the end of the chosen period. Access is suspended immediately upon expiry. Renewal restores access instantly.
4.2 Data Use Restrictions

Strict data use rules apply. Candidate data accessed through XPROTALENT may only be used for the direct purpose of evaluating candidates for genuine employment opportunities. Any other use is a serious violation of these Terms.
- You must not share, sell, export, or distribute candidate contact details or profile data obtained through XPROTALENT to any third party.
- You must not use candidate data for marketing, sales outreach, or any purpose unrelated to hiring.
- All contact with candidates must go through the XPROTALENT built-in messaging system. Candidates' email addresses are never displayed to employers.
- You must not send unsolicited bulk messages to candidates or use automated tools to contact them.
4.3 Accurate Representation
Employer accounts must represent a real organisation. Fake companies, impersonation of legitimate businesses, or creating accounts to harvest candidate data are grounds for immediate permanent termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.
4.4 Candidate Notifications
When you view a candidate's profile or download their resume, they are automatically notified with your company name. This is a transparency measure and cannot be disabled.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited for all users:
- Posting false, misleading, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Automated access, scraping, crawling, or data harvesting of any kind
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, bypass, or disrupt platform security or infrastructure
- Impersonating another person, company, or entity
- Using the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
- Requesting money from candidates for job applications, interviews, "processing fees," training, or equipment
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person
6. Intellectual Property
XPROTALENT branding, platform design, codebase, and compiled skill database are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission. User-generated content (resumes, profiles, messages) remains the property of the respective user, subject to the limited licence granted in Section 3.3.
7. Disclaimers
- The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, suitability, or legitimacy of third-party job listings.
- We do not guarantee that candidates will receive interviews or job offers, or that employers will find suitable hires.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPROTALENT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of employment opportunities, failed hires, employer conduct, third-party job listing inaccuracies, data breaches by third parties, or financial losses resulting from scams that occur outside the XPROTALENT platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, to harm other users, or for fraudulent purposes. Termination for serious violations (fraud, data misuse, impersonation) is immediate and without refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
