They can also filter by country, qualification, availability, and years of experience. Once your account is unlocked and your profile is published (visible), you appear in relevant search results. Keeping your skills list accurate and up to date is the most important thing you can do to get discovered.
No. Your email address is never shown to employers. All contact happens exclusively through XPROTALENT's built-in messaging system. You receive a notification (with the employer's company name) every time your profile is viewed or your resume is downloaded — but the employer cannot contact you outside the platform without your reply.

You can preview this text at any time and the ATS scanner can load it automatically with one click. Employers who download your resume receive this same plain-text version.
XPROTALENT aggregates live job listings from 6 curated sources, updated every 6 hours. The feeds cover remote-first roles, worldwide opportunities, and USA-based positions. You can filter by keyword, location, job feed source, and recency. Remote-friendly listings are highlighted automatically. We do not control the accuracy of third-party listings — always verify a role through the employer's official website.
Yes. From the Settings section of your candidate portal, toggle "Visible to employers" off. Your profile disappears from all search results immediately. You can re-enable it at any time. Hiding your profile does not affect any other portal features.
You receive a notification each time:
Notifications appear in your portal's Notifications section and update your unread badge in the sidebar. Your email address is never revealed in any notification to the employer.
No. XPROTALENT provides visibility and tools — your success depends on your profile quality, the relevance of your skills, and how employers evaluate you. We can help you stand out; we cannot control hiring decisions.

All plans give identical access to all features. Longer plans lock in a significantly lower effective monthly cost.
Access to candidate search and profiles is suspended immediately upon expiry. You will see expiry reminders in your dashboard starting 7 days before the expiry date, and a critical banner on the expiry date. Your company profile and message history are preserved. Renewing your subscription instantly restores full access.
Candidate email addresses are never revealed. All contact must go through the XPROTALENT built-in messaging system. When you send a message, the candidate receives it in their portal inbox and can reply through the same system. Using candidate data obtained through XPROTALENT for any other purpose (external outreach, marketing, data export) is a serious violation of our Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
In the Search Candidates section of your dashboard, you can filter by:
Results show profile cards with name, headline, location, skills (up to 5 shown), and availability. Click any card to open the full profile drawer — including bio, all skills, links, and options to download the resume or send a message.
When you click Download Resume in the candidate profile drawer, you receive the candidate's plain-text
resume as a downloadable .txt file. The candidate is automatically notified with your
company name. This notification cannot be disabled — it is a transparency measure. You are not charged
additionally for resume downloads; they are included in your subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a leading African payment gateway. Paystack supports debit/credit cards and mobile money. XPROTALENT never stores, sees, or handles your card numbers or mobile money credentials. After payment, you're redirected back to XPROTALENT automatically and your access is activated.

Yes, in qualifying situations. If your payment was charged but your access was not activated, or if you were double-charged, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available for access that has already been used. See our full Refund Policy for the complete conditions for candidates and employers.
For candidates: employers with an active subscription can see your profile (name, headline, bio, skills, location, qualification, experience, availability, and links you've added). They cannot see your email address, phone number, date of birth, or gender. For employers: your company name is visible to candidates when you message them, view their profile, or download their resume. We do not sell, share, or expose any user data to advertisers or third parties. See the full Privacy Policy.
Use the "Forgot password" option on the login page to receive a password reset link by email. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact us through the support channel (from a logged-in session if possible) and we will verify your identity manually before assisting with account recovery.
Log into your portal (candidate or employer) and use the support contact option in the Settings section. For payment issues, have your Paystack reference number ready (found in your payment confirmation email). We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
